Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Plan mobile application ("App") operated by Bone Dog Studios LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a Missouri limited liability company located in Cass County, Missouri. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised
• You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or use another person's account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Personal Features (Free)

The following features are available to all registered users at no cost:

• Personal calendar with event management
• Work schedule configuration (weekly, rotational, hitch)
• Social connections with family and friend privacy levels
• Group creation and management
• Event proposals and sharing
• Push notification preferences
• Biometric authentication

4. Plan Business (Paid Subscription)

Subscription Plans

Plan Business is available as a paid subscription with the following plans:

Prices may vary by region due to Apple App Store and Google Play Store pricing tiers.

Free Trial

• New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial
• Payment information is required to start the trial
• You will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends
• Each user is eligible for one free trial

Business Features Include

• Business profile with public visibility
• Service catalog with custom fields
• Appointment booking and scheduling
• Client management and consultation tracking
• Business calendar with day timeline
• QR code sharing for your business profile
• Visibility in Plan's business search

Billing

• Payment is processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) through your App Store or Play Store account. We do not process payments directly.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Prices are in USD and may be converted to your local currency by Apple or Google

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management:
  • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions, or https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to business features until then
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google.
• Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription

What Happens When Your Subscription Expires

When your subscription expires (after cancellation or billing failure):

Disabled:

• Your business profile is hidden from search
• New appointment requests from customers are blocked
• Your QR code links show that your business is currently unavailable

Preserved:

• You retain access to business mode to manage existing data
• Existing confirmed appointments remain on both your and your customers' calendars
• Your client list, notes, and service catalog remain accessible and editable
• Past appointment history is preserved

If you resubscribe, all features are restored immediately and your previous settings (including search visibility) are reinstated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk connection requests
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the App or its users
• Use the App for any illegal or fraudulent business activity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

6. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (events, business profiles, service descriptions, notes, etc.)
• By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide
• We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the App's services
• For business profiles: content you mark as public (business name, category, services, contact information) will be visible to other authenticated Plan users

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key commitments:

• We do not sell your personal data
• We do not share your data with advertisers
• We do not use third-party tracking or analytics SDKs

8. Intellectual Property

• The Plan name, logo, and App design are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App
• All third-party trademarks referenced in the App belong to their respective owners

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Calendar data, appointment times, or scheduling information will be free from errors

You are responsible for verifying appointment times and schedule information. Plan is a scheduling tool, not a guarantee of accuracy. Always confirm important appointments independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bone Dog Studios LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you provide through the App

12. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Supabase, Firebase, RevenueCat). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

13. Modifications to the App and Terms

• We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time
• We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via push notification
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
• If you disagree with updated Terms, you should stop using the App and cancel any active subscription

14. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at admin@bonedogstudios.com
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Sections 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 15 (Governing Law) survive termination

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in Cass County, Missouri.
